It's called a one night stand for a reason. Sure, you two talked a bit and hit it off but this doesn't mean that this person is "the One". It means you both wanted to jump each other and so you did. If they do not call you again, let it pass. Oh, you say, but they asked for my number; that means they must want to see me again. They didn't ask for your number because they wanted to see you again. They asked for it to be polite because no one wants to be that asshole that only wanted you for your body even though that's what happened. And if they do call, it's not to talk to you. Also, don't attempt to go to the same place again in hopes of finding that person to ask them what happened when they don't call. That makes you desperate and we all know how attractive that is.
