Long Distance love

This is an email from an 86-year-old Mexican writer who fell in love with me on a train from Madrid to Paris when I was traveling alone. He honestly proposed to me several times and told me he would write a book about me.

Spaztastic Love

simple, to the point.

too bad our relationship wasn't.

this is one of several pleas via e-mail my boyfriend at the time sent to me (although admittedly, some went the other way too). this particular one is my favourite because it really sums up the gist of our relationship. he'd do something douche-baggy, i'd "spaz", he'd apologize and tell me he loved me - sometimes through email. while i was in the other room. i should have taken this as what it was - our failure to communicate. and his failure to not use words like "spaz".
